You are in for a real treat with these selections. The Immigrant is a short animated film by Nilram Ranjbar, who made the film at the young age of 12, to make animation of this quality at any age is an achievement, to make it at that age deserves a special round of applause.
Our feature film in this session is Ezequiel & Estevão, and it is truly one not to be missed. Described as a “A man on the run on a mountain lost in time”, it’s a puzzle of a rollercoaster that will keep you guessing from start to finish. It features excellent cinematography and sound design, strong acting, and it is an all-round massive achievement in independent filmmaking. We are honoured to hold its UK Premiere.
