Doors open 30 minutes before the film start time: If you’re late, you may be refused entry. Please show your e-ticket at the door. .
Respect the cinema experience: No phones or talking during the film. You will be ejected if you ruin the experience for others.
Adults only: Our screenings are 18+, unless stated otherwise.
Food and drink: Please don’t bring your own snacks; drinks (boozy, soft drinks and coffee), popcorn, and ice cream can be purchased from the bar before the film + street food is available from GRUB. No hot food is allowed in the cinema, so if you’re grabbing a bite to eat at GRUB, make sure you arrive early enough to finish your meal.
Seating: Seating is unreserved, however, for busy or sold-out screenings, we reserve the right to allocate seating.
Refunds: No refunds unless the event is cancelled or changed.
Subtitles: To be as accessible as we can to the d/Deaf community, we play subtitles on films as standard. By agreeing to our house rules, you acknowledge you know this in advance of the event and accept it.
Be excellent to each other: We expect everyone's time at CULTPLEX to be positive, we will not tolerate verbal or physical abuse of any kind to our audiences and/or staff. This extends to any hateful speech regarding marginalised groups in our venue. You will be banned for life if this rule is broken.
