On March 20th 2026 - Interference is proud to present a double helping of grimy, grindhouse classics...James Glickenhaus's THE EXTERMINATOR & Buddy Giovinazzo's COMBAT SHOCK!!
Two very different tales of Vietnam war veterans returning to civilian life, haunted by the traumas of war and troubled by the harsh realities of 1980's New York - one embarks on a path of bloody revenge whilst the other suffers a harrowing descent into madness.
In THE EXTERMINATOR, Robert Ginty plays John Eastland who is the the titular vigilante veteran. Following the death of his best friend, who also happened to be the man who saved his life during the Vietnam war, John snaps and sets off on a ultra-violent rampage, clearing the streets of every piece of human trash that gets in his way....mixing sleazy exploitation with blood soaked action , THE EXTERMINATOR is a low budget cult classic and one we are excited to witness on the big screen!

COMBAT SHOCK follows troubled veteran Frankie (played by the directors brother Rick Giovinazzo in his one and only acting role!) as he comes to terms with his life after returning home from war. Plagued with PTSD, Frankie is at rock bottom as he struggles to provide for his wife and new born baby. An extremely bleak and gritty film that holds nothing back, dealing with topics such as homelessness, substance abuse, poverty and urban decay...COMBAT SHOCK is an honest, stark and disturbing journey that will stick with you for a long time after the credits roll...
