Iris and Palmer never left their hometown. They work the same job, share the same bed, and have a habit of drinking and driving. They run into Levi, a guy they used to know. When Levi shares a dream he had with Iris things change between the four of them.
Drinking and Driving comes from the same bubbling stew of the North American trans filmmaker scene that created Castration Movie. Co-director Fast's third feature after 2022's HONEYCOMB and 2025's CAMP the film features some of the same "hangout" feeling as the films of Weard while also containing an almost apocalyptic feeling that combines into a true leap ahead for the scene.
