From legendary director and special effects maestro YOSHIHIRO NISHIMURA (Helldriver, Mutant Girls Squad) we present yet another rare appearance on the big screen with Nishimura's iconic masterpiece TOKYO GORE POLICE! 

For the un-initiated, TOKYO GORE POLICE is a hyperbolic, un-hinged and gore soaked ride from start to finish. The gleefully insane levels of imagination on display here are second to none, the practical effects and costume design  are incredible and have rightfully cemented its place as one of the best examples of Japanese splatter films ever. Featuring Eihi Shiina (Audition) as Ruka, a Tokyo police officer who is on a mission to uncover the truth behind her father's assassination whilst trying to rid Tokyo of parasitic mutants called 'engineers'. Rammed full of tongue-in-cheek social commentary and a huge dollop of madness - this is one of those films that needs to be seen to be believed!

Official Synopsis: 

In a futuristic Tokyo where police have been privatized and bitter self-mutilation is so casual that advertising is often specially geared to the ‘cutter’ demographic, Ruka is on a mission to avenge her father’s assassination. Ruka is a cop from a squad whose goal is to destroy homicidal mutant humans known as ‘engineers’, that possess the ability to transform any injury to a weapon in and of itself.
