Doors open 30 minutes before the film start time: If you’re late, you may be refused entry. Please show your e-ticket at the door. Films will start at the advertised time.
Respect the cinema experience: No phones or talking during the film. You will be ejected if you ruin the experience for others.
Adults only: Our screenings are 18+, unless stated otherwise.
Food and drink: Please don’t bring your own snacks; drinks (boozy, soft drinks and coffee), popcorn, hot dogs and sweet treats can be purchased from the bar before and after the film. No hot food is allowed in the cinema.
Seating: Seating is unreserved, however, for busy or sold-out screenings, we reserve the right to allocate seating.
Refunds: No refunds unless the event is cancelled or changed.
Be excellent to each other: We expect everyone's time at CULTPLEX to be positive, we will not tolerate verbal or physical abuse of any kind to our audiences and/or staff. This extends to any hateful speech regarding marginalised groups in our venue. You will be banned for life if this rule is broken.
